Lovely flat with garden and friendly dog

Bedroom (Yours)

I am looking for a new housemate to share a home with myself and my dog Peggy (pictured).

The flat:
The flat is modern and spacious with a gorgeous garden. It has a large newly decorated kitchen/living room and two bedrooms, a good sized newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower.
The bedroom is very large double room with loads of natural light and plenty of space for a desk if needed. The room has been freshly painted and I am also looking to get a new king size bed to accompany the Simba mattress (unless anyone would prefer to bring their own bed).

The area:
The flat is situated between Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane tube stations which are both 5 minutes by bus, or a 10-15 minute walk. There are several nearby bus stops with great routes into Stoke Newington, Shoreditch and The City. We are surrounded by parks, with Chestnuts and Downhills parks at either end of the road. We are a short walk from the pubs, bars and great Turkish restaurants of Harringay Green Lanes and the increasing range of pubs and cafes of South Tottenham.

You:
I am looking for a dog-friendly young professional housemate who is friendly and sociable - someone I can have a glass of wine with, but also someone who has their own friends. I would love someone who would love to live with a dog as opposed to someone who just doesn't mind. Peggy is very loving and gives a lot back to those that are up for occasionally playing with and walking her. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so would like someone who is happy to help out- however I am also up for getting a cleaner.

Me:
I am a young professional working in charity advertising (in the office 2 days a week) and have lived in the area for 8 years. At weekends I am usually out and about in the local pubs and restaurants or walking Peggy round the parks of North London. I enjoy cooking, running and cycling. I am a vegan, and would ideally prefer a veggie or vegan housemate.

Bills are £150 a month, so it is £950 all in.
I am looking to do viewings w. c 08/11 and would love to have someone in w. c 15/11.

*I am afraid Peggy wouldn’t like another dog living with her and I am allergic to cats!
A female housemate is also preferred as Peggy is a rescue can be nervous around men she doesn’t know.*
