The flat is warm and friendly (shop below always has the heating on in winter!) Everything is nearby in the area from good Columbian coffee to a good dentist, hang out places, gym and swimming pool, library and decent take-aways - Turkish on corner is great! Organic supermarket on the corner is great too - 2 minutes walk from the door. Lemon cafe a few doors up from us is super friendly and they do great organic coffee and amazing carrot cake - good carrot juice too! The flat is also a few doors down from the new True Craft pub, which is a great place to have nearby (excellent pizza).

Green space super close: Downhills Park - 5 minutes walk from door.

We are also walking distance to Stamford Hill and Stoke Newington.

We are very well connected with Seven Sisters underground and 2 different overground stops 5 mins walk away. If you work in the city the commute is superb - 20 minutes on the tube or overground will get you to work.

£730 per month includes all bills - we have very good internet and gas central heating, double glazing. You will have a great shower with instant hot water - no waiting around for the boiler to heat up - and because you will have your own bathroom (en suite), no waiting for flatmates to get out! The flat is newly renovated so it looks fresh and inviting with a living room attached to the kitchen.

We are a young couple who are both very busy working/studying. I am a University lecturer specialising in Fine Art Painting - I’m also currently undertaking a PhD at Kingston University and I’m a visual artist with a career in exhibiting my work. My partner Kat works in the fashion industry and she is also an artist with a studio in London Fields.

We are very interested in all the arts and wider culture - we are animal lovers too. We are friendly but respect privacy and help to keep the flat clean and tidy without being neurotic. The flat is open to all different types of people. We are nice, quiet, studious and considerate people and we would like someone likeminded to join the flat.
