We’re looking for a housemate for our gorgeous three bedroom flat in the middle of Seven Sisters- we’d love to hear from you!

The flat is very light and airy in a new build with a communal living area/kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher and a large balcony.

The space is a double room, unfurnished and comes with a large built-in wardrobe and an en suite with a walk-in shower. All the rooms in the flat are a similar size and have large floor to ceiling windows.

We're both homeworkers whilst lockdown is on - Emma is a civil servant and Carly is studying a Comparative Politics MSc whilst freelancing. We’re a friendly and peaceful pair who enjoy socialising/cooking together/working out and also our own space. The flat is clean, calm and full of houseplants. We're a queer home, and both use she/her pronouns.

The flat is about 6 minutes from Seven Sisters tube station, the area is really well connected with the Victoria Line, buses and 2 overground stations. We've got an array of shops close by including a huge Tesco and loads of independent grocers. There are some great pubs and cafes locally, as well as being close to the Lee Valley and plenty of green spaces.

Our current flatmate moves out on the 1st March so we'd be keen for someone to move in then or slightly before.

Our landlady lives locally and is very good at sorting things - we do the tenancy through OpenRent and deal directly with her. We’re following lockdown rules and socially distancing and keen to have someone who will be too, so we’ll do video tours/meets first and then in person.
