I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in a lovely 2 bedroom flat and take over the contract in early July or early August 2021. The entire flat is £1,500 (bills not included, but average at £125/50).

Preference would be for a young professional, someone quite tidy, easy-going and social.

The room is a very large double room, ensuite, with a built-in wardrobe. Furniture can be negotiated with current housemate, but if you have some you love and want to bring, that can be arranged.

The flat is modern, with an open-plan kitchen (washer/dryer and dishwasher) with:

- A communal rooftop terrace
- A free small residents gym
- Secure bike storage
- Optional parking space with the flat (monthly fee to be negotiated with the owner).

It's in a new build 7mins walking from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line- 15mins to Euston and 20mins to Victoria Station; Overground; and easy change for Piccadilly line at Finsbury Park), 15mins away from Stoke Newington, Crouch End, Tottenham and Finsbury park by bus. The Castle for climbing fanatics is only a 10min bike ride away. West Green Road has tons of shops and restaurants.

A little about me, I'm 30, Italian (speak French, Spanish, English) young professional. I'm an extrovert who likes to socialise with friends and housemate and occasionally have joint dinners. Not a party house, but more a "friends for dinner" vibe.
