This lovely room is now available as a short term let until beginning of October, with possibility to extend if all goes well.

The bright room features a 3,3 m high ceiling and a beautiful, large industrial window. It will come part-furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and black-out curtains.

The room is part of a wonderful warehouse, shared with two women, I. and S. I does maths and science, and has a background in organising immersive performance, while S is doing her MA at Central Saint Martins in Fine Art.

They’re both hard working people who love socialising in their spare time but also focused on their own projects, so if you’re looking for a calm place with a bit of spice and character.. this might be right for you!

We also have an incredibly cute little cat who loves to play and cuddle! :)

You’ll be sharing a toilet/bathroom (and a shower with the best water pressure!), a huge modern living room, as well as an open plan kitchen equipped with a washing machine/dryer and lots of storage space.

There's lots of space to do yoga, other physical training, or any creative projects.

There's also a shared courtyard for the nearby warehouses, where you can enjoy the sun and meet the friendly neighbours.

The warehouse is a fully legal living space, so you can claim benefits while living here.

The area is full of warehouses and there are plenty of activities going on in the area.

The lovely Markfield Park and River Lea are just around the corner, with Tottenham and Walthamstow Marshes just a short bike ride away.

Tottenham Hale Retail Park (featuring such delights as Lidl and B&Q) is a short walk away. A huge Tesco is also close by, next to Seven Sisters Underground Station. The tube ride from Seven Sisters to Oxford Circus is only 14 minutes.

Monthly rent is £570pcm and it includes all bills except council tax. We also share the costs of any household items like toilet roll, washing up liquid and cat food.

Deposit £329, which you'll of course get back when moving out.
