I have ONE room for rent in Seven Sisters (N15) South Tottenham/St Ann’s

You’ll be living with Cas (no longer in her 20’s when you move in) who is originally from the middle of nowhere outback Australia who then moved to the big smoke and called Melbourne her home for 1/2 of her life and now has move to London as it’s too far and it’s been too long to move back to Melbourne. Who works in her “free time” as a Music and Art therapist and full time in First Class Good Food & Coffee between the world famous London Borough Market at London Bridge and the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

If you’re an English Premiership League fan this beautiful home is located 15 minutes walk from Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium which is home to no other than Tottenham Hotspurs Football Team and a 20-minute bus trip to Emirates Stadium which is home to Arsenal Football Team.

The house is a 10-minute walk from Seven Sisters Station (Zone 3) which is located on the Victoria line which is now 24 hours on the weekends so you can get from North to South London (Brixton) in 23 minutes. The house boarders on North East London which means places like Shorditch, Dalston and London Fields are no more than a 15 minute bus/London Overground trip away and Stamford Hill / Stoke Newington are a small walk away.

The house has a very very large lounge room with a wall mounted TV and SkyTV. Large kitchen with a double oven and electric hobs, dishwasher and washing machine for all your needs and a very generous bathroom with a very lovely bath!

Both rooms are available on 1 February 2020 and upon approval you will be able to move in on or at your leisure days after.

Room 2 - £620 + bills (roughly £80 a month)

Deposit is £860 and will need to be paid with the first months rent before moving in - unfortunately this is not negotiable.

You - From the age of 25+, employed (with a written reference from your employer or company), happy to sign a contract/lease for a minimum of 6 months, fun!, social, clean, happy for a glass of wine and shared home cooked meal once in a while.
