Bright Double Bedroom Sublet in Creative Warehouse

I'm subletting my room for the month of June (and possibly longer) for anyone looking for a great space with some lovely folks.

A bright, double bedroom is available. There’s an openable skylight, it’s full of character, offering plenty of space.

An open plan downstairs; a mix of studio space, sofas, a big kitchen and plenty of quirky storage/ hideaway seating. There are two bathrooms – one with a deep Victorian jungle bath and the other a large walk in shower. There’s a small “garden” out the back and space to grow herbs and look at flowers and a cracking olive tree which we planted as a laugh and is now whopping.

For £600, All bills are included, with internet and toilet rolls, cleaning products and basic kitchen goodies included. We like to live together – we have hosted quirky events from film nights to pub quizzes and enjoy sharing meals. So anyone willing to add to the mix would be awesome. Aged from 28-41, some of us are creative and others have standard office jobs. We tend to work hard in the week and play more on the weekends.

We are looking for someone who wants to get involved in activities new and old, We have great relations with our community of like-minded artists and misfits and want to keep things active and engaging….community events/projects/working together.
