Students needed!!!!

We are students at the University of Westminster looking for 2 other students to move into our house. Unfortunately, 2 of our house mates had to move out due to deferring so their rooms are now available. Looking for students only as this is one of the requirements of the tenancy. The house is fully furnished and there is a choice between a room with a bathroom on the floor below (which will be entirely yours) and a balcony and the other, an en-suite room. Both rooms include a bed and mattress, a desk and wardrobes but you can arrange any extra storage with the estate agent on arrival. Bills are included in the rent so there are no additional payments required. If you are interested in the house we can arrange viewings with our estate agent and they will discuss the terms of the contract with you. We are 2 females and 1 male (20 years old) and are very excited to welcome you to our house! The kitchen includes a washing machine and a dishwasher and there is a large lounge area and an outside area.
