Double ensuite room in beautiful Victorian house

We have a lovely, airy double en-suite attic room going in a beautiful victorian family home. 30 seconds from the tube!

It's important to know that whilst you will very much have your own space (your own floor in fact), you will be living with a small family.

We are:

Kate (36) Neuro-Physiotherapist

Ben (37) Communications professional.

Raffy (18 months). Walking. Trying his best to talk. Building blocks. Sleeps through the night!

The room:
You will have your own floor! The double bedroom has a well set up desk, chair, double bed and a sofa. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers, so lots of space for clothes. It's had a new ensuite bathroom put in this year which looks onto the garden.

It's really quiet on the top floor - you really will have your own space.

The house:
We ask that the sitting room is kept as our family room, but the kitchen and adjoining dining room (see photos) is yours to enjoy. The kitchen is brand new with doors that open up onto the patio (particularly great in the summer). You're also welcome to use the piano if the mood takes you.

What else? We have a great washer/dryer.

There is space in the shed for a bike.

We have a bi-weekly cleaner.

We're right by the tube, literally a 30 sec walk to the entrance!

Amenities
We are on a quiet residential road but also a 30 second walk to Seven Sisters Station (we timed it) so you have quick, direct access to the city - 12 minutes to Kings X, 15 minutes to the West End. We also have South Tottenham Overground in case you want to get to Hampstead Heath (10 mins).

In terms of other green spaces, we're spoilt for choice. We have the wonderful Downhills Park and Lordship Rec 10 minutes away and we often love walking/cycling along the River Lea to Springfield Park, or onto Walthamstow Wetlands.

In terms of food and drink, you will also be inundated with options. Our favourites are True Craft pub (2 minutes through a little park), Blighty and Bom Pecado. Sainsburys, Tesco and Aldi all very close.
