Bright double in Seven Sisters House with Garden

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this cosy and cute 3 bed houseshare in Seven Sisters.

The room

The room is a good sized double and gets lots of natural light. The room in technically unfurnished but I am open to selling you my furniture (double bed and mattress, bedside table with drawers, large dresser, clothes rail) as I’m not planning on taking it with me. The room also has large built in shelves. Rent in £620 pcm and bills/ house expenses are £95.

The house & housemates

The house is a very cute Victorian terrace, with a bright and cosy living room, shared kitchen, and shared bathroom. We also have a garden with a hammock, apple tree, and bbq and picnic table - perfect as lockdown eases this spring 🌞

You’d be sharing with two girls in their 20s/ 30s, and a cat. They are generally very chilled out housemates often busy with their own things, so the house is pretty calm and peaceful during the week. The girls do also like to get together for the bbqs or drinks etc on the weekends. They would love to find someone interested in getting involved :)

The area

The house is on a quiet residential street in the St Ann’s neighbourhood, less than 10 mins walk from Seven Sisters Station. Nearby West Green Road has everything you need, and Chestnuts Park is just a few minutes walk away too.
