Room available in friendly, Seven Sisters house-share from 1st May. There’s potential flexibility with dates.

Room – good-sized, furnished, big window.

House and Garden – four bedrooms, one large bathroom, one additional lavatory, a long lounge-kitchen-room furnished with standard facilities, garden has patio area, lawn and flowerbeds… it faces due south, so bathes in light when the sun shines.

Location – on a quiet residential street in Tottenham, 8 minutes’ walk from Seven Sisters station (Underground and Overground connections). Can get from home to King’s Cross in just over 20 mins, Victoria in just under 30, Liverpool St or Waterloo in just over 30 (Victoria-line is the best line in London:)

Cost – rent is £665 per month. Bills £135 per month. Deposit is £500. No agency involvement or fees to worry about.

Smoking – we smoke in the house, so need someone who doesn't mind that.

Housemates – two female, one male. Ideally, Looking for a female. Hoping for friendly, easy-to-get-along-with housemate, so that our house-share remains a pleasant, sociable place to live :)
