Check out this huge (14 feet x 17 feet), well-lit double room with high ceilings just off of Seven Sisters Road near Finsbury Park station (less than 10 minute walk). It is a great location. With easy access to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines you can get to just about anywhere in London with only 1 change. There are also several buses, including night buses, that stop only 2-3 minutes walk from the house. We also have quick access to 24-hr groceries and plenty of shops along Holloway Rd.

The room is huge, bright and airy, and comes furnished with bed, desk, and wardrobe. There is a large shared walkthrough kitchen/livingroom downstairs with a lovely private garden at the back. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/sit-down shower, one with a separate shower and bath. The big all-in-one kitchen and living room has everything you could need for cooking, and plenty of cupboard space for all your food. The garden to the rear has a table, chairs and a barbecue, and is lovingly tended by Dave, who does a marvellous job.

You will be joining three lovely housemates, Dave, Holly and Kat. We're all pretty chilled and have a few shared interests, like drinks, food, music and movies. The house is relaxed and quiet the vast majority of the time, but not 365 days a year. We hope you'll be fairly relaxed and quiet during the week, but we all love a good time on the weekends. We're looking for someone with good chat and an eye for wine, beer or cocktails. An interest in cooking house meals would be a bonus.
