I am looking for someone to take over my half of a lease in a modern 2 bedroom flat share located a 0 minute walk from both Shadwell DLR and Overground!

The room itself has a double bed, two double windows so there’s plenty of natural light. It has a three door floor to ceiling wardrobe plus a chest of draws. The bathroom is nice and easy to keep tidy. The kitchen and living room are also large and modern with a feature wall of large double glazed windows.

Theres an Iceland at the end of Watney Market, a 2 minute walk away or alternatively a massive Sainsburys in Whitechapel which is located about a 7 minute walk away. The Royal London Hospital is also a 5 minute walk away.

The other flat sharer is a really nice, kind and funny student currently completing her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Goldsmiths University.

The flat is non-smoking, pet friendly and easily accessible to public transport. We’d prefer a similar like minded student or young professional.

The rent for the double room is £880 per month, paid out every 23rd of the month! Bills are not included.

With a deposit hold of £900.
