A lovely double bedroom in a 2-bed, 1 bath maisonette is available for rent.

The room comes furnished with a super comfy bed/mattress (Emma Original) and wardrobe with room for desk/chair.

There’s a spacious living room/dining room overlooking a large balcony with a great view. Kitchen has mix of appliances (air fryer, anyone? :)) and storage space. Bathroom has a separate bath and a shower.

There’s 55in TV (Netflix, Prime), Dish Washer, Washing Machine, etc.

The City, Shoreditch, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, are all within 30 minutes of walking distance. Thames path is also five minute away with a scenic walking route. You can find all shopping and amenities near by as well. Both the overground and DLR are within walking distance.

A little about me: I’m an analyst working in a technology services company. I’m usually pretty busy with work (mostly wfh) but do like to relax by going out for a meal/show/play/gym or nature walks. Happy to making new friends and creating a homey space.
