The flat is partially furnished, however I can leave the flat as seen on pictures with desk, chair etc... (to be negotiated).

Rent : £1250 (water rate included) & excluding Council tax approx. £80/month + (electricity approx. £30 for 1 person)
For personal reasons, I will have to move end of November (27th or 29th - to be confirmed°.
I am looking for a single tenant or couple (professional) that can take over my current contract.
The contract: 3 year contract with a break clause on 31 of December 2022 - which means that you can leave the flat from the 31th December 2022 until August 2024.
