The room is furnished with a relatively new mattress, desk and chair. The flat has two-bedrooms with a shared living room and large garden terrace with great views of central London. The boiler is new and there is also a new washer dryer.

I own the flat and work primarily from home for a charity. Looking for a like-minded professional, ideally one who is working in an office for most of the week.

Transport nearby:
Around 7 minute walk to Limehouse DLR, 10 minute walk to Shadwell Overground and DLR - the Overground connects at Whitechapel to the Elizabeth line. Local buses include the 15 into central London, 115 and 135. There are also Santander cycle docking stations nearby.

Neighbourhood description:
The flat is very close to the river, equally placed to the restaurants of Wapping and conveniences of Shadwell and Wapping. If you cycle the CS3 runs very close the flat with easy access to The City, there are also Santander bicycle docking stations nearby. King Edwards Memorial Park is just over the road. It has tennis courts. There are smaller supermarkets in walking distance.
