Warm, relaxed flatshare in newly renovated flat

Hi! I’ve recently bought this flat and am looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to share it with.

The flat is currently in the final stages of being renovated and furnished, so everything still feels very fresh and is gradually coming together. I work in architecture and care a lot about creating a calm, comfortable and thoughtful home environment rather than just a standard rental flat.

The room available has a single bed that opens into a double, a Juliet balcony, mirrored wardrobe and additional storage space.

I’m fairly independent and usually busy during the week with work, swimming, spin, friends or being out and about, so the flat has quite a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy a chat and occasional shared brunch or drink, but it’s definitely not a party flat.

Looking for someone clean, warm and respectful who also has their own life and is looking for a peaceful home environment.

The flat is in Shadwell with great connections to Wapping, Shoreditch and the City. Local stations are Weaver Line, DLR with Whitechapel being a 10 min walk giving elizabeth line, district line, Hammersmith and city and Aldgate East is walking distance too with circle line!
