THE FLAT
Room available from now till September, looking for someone who wants the room for 8 to 10 weeks.
Top floor (4th floor), in a quiet block. Big, bright windows, real wooden floors and spacious rooms, plus lovely living room. There is one bathroom, with separate toilet.
The room is a decent size double approx. 10 sq meters, with east facing window. Furniture includes double wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, lamp. We do have storage space in loft, handy for bulky items like suitcases.
There is a small outside area (sort of balcony) where you can smoke if you do, no smoking inside. All bills are fully included in price! Including unlimited internet.

Live in landlady Kat, normally lives in Greece, running a small animal rescue. Kat will be back in London, for a NHS secondment until December. Also living at the flat is Wangu, the house cat. Everyone pitches in with the cleaning and caring for the flat, plants and cat. New lady moving in with her dog, in early July.

Sainsbury and Tesco close; 3-5 minutes walk from the flat, plus fresh food Watney market with everything you could possibly need!
