Lovely, large, double room for couple

Our current flatmates have decided to leave so we are looking for a new couple to come and join our little family in our wonderful house situated on a lovely leafy street in a quiet neighbourhood in the london suburbs. The ideal flatmates will be respectful, clean and enjoy discussing their day at the end of the night over a dinner around the table with drinks and even enjoy relaxing in front of the tv on the sofa. We are a very communal house as we are all very close friends so a socialable couple would be amazing.

The room is on the ground floor with a large bay window over looking the street with a bathroom on the same floor which will act as semi en suite.

We are very connected to shops and GP doctors with one on our street and tesco just around the corner. Also Westfield is just a 10 minute bus ride away right by Shephards Bush station so perfect for anyone working in the city.

We are 2 chefs and one in hospitality so we have mixed schedules so we would be open to people of all professions. Although the rent does not include bills , this will be not too much at around 80/100 a month.

The current amenities include, a tv, sofa, kitchen equipment, printer, playstation, virgin media, bt internet, tv licence, garden, bbq, washing machine and dryer. We also have 2 bathrooms.
