Friendly flat share January

Hi!
Our current housemate is moving out, as she has just bought her own place. She loves the area so has chosen to move a 5 minute walk away! She will be moving around the first week of Jan but is a bit flexible on the exact date.

We are Aisling (Irish) and Marisa (Canadian/Italian) and we have both lived here for over 2 years. We like to spend some time cooking together or going to Sunday yoga together (it's free!) but also have quite busy social lives.

The flat is a split level 2 bath 3 bed apartment with a large open plan living area with a dining table and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need (even an ice-cream maker!). The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe space. Your own bathroom has a bath and shower combo.

The flat is perfectly located to getting to central london- Shepherds Bush (central and overground) is a 20 minute walk or very short bus from outside the flat. Shepherds Bush market station (Hammersmith and city line, the nicest line in London!) is a 12 minute walk away and Hammersmith is a convenient bus journey down Askew road.

One of the highlights of this flat is our landlord, Tom, who lives downstairs and respects our privacy while always being available by text. He's so amazing that he refunded our deposits completely, meaning that your stay would be deposit free!
So the rent is 700£ per month and bills are around £50-£80 depending on the month.
