Two Big Rooms in Shepherd's Bush

THE ROOMS - We have two Rooms to rent in a lovely flat in Shepherd's Bush. The Rooms are double, big size, with big windows and lots of storage. The rooms are fully furnished, with wooden floors and high ceilings.

THE FLAT - The flat has a big kitchen, with an exit to our private garden and a small dinning room. Also, the garden is private and there is a big shelter, in case you need extra storage. We are in a very quiet residential street and we get along with the neighbors. It is a friendly area.

TRANSPORT LINKS&AMENITIES - We are less than five minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush Market Station (Hammersmith&City Line), ten minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush (Central Line) and there are plenty of buses less than one minute walk from our doorstep (207, 260, 283). Also, we are ten minutes walk to Westfield Shopping Centre, with cinema, bars, pubs, shops, restaurants and all kind of amenities.

PAYMENTS - The flat belongs to a Private Landlord who is always on hand in case of need. The rent is £510 per room (to be paid the first of the month), and we pay a fixed £75 for all bills, so total per month is £585. Also there is a holding deposit of £510.

MOVE IN DATE - Ideally, we are looking for someone who will be able to move within the first two weeks of January

WHO ARE WE - You will be sharing the flat with a group of friendly Spanish people. We currently have a pet, Pichis, a very easy-going cat. You will not have to take care of her at all, but she is always there after a bad day. Your flatmates work in Restaurants as Managers, Bartenders and Hosts. This is why there are very few chances that you will have the same schedule than them. We have created a small family here, and we are looking forward to welcome you!
