Double bedroom located on Uxbridge Road.

Furnished bedroom with a double bed in recently refurbished flat on the second floor. The flat has two bedrooms with one other tenant who happens to be my sister. Nicely decorated with one bathroom, a comfortable living room and a decent sized kitchen which also has a small balcony looking out onto the back of an adjacent block of flats.

The bills usually come to £150 per month with BT broadband and TV included in this. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer but no dishwasher.

I'm looking to move out as I've recently been made redundant. Therefore we're looking for someone who is flexible with regards to their length of their tenancy. I would be looking to move back in upon finding a new job but would of course give at least a months notice. Currently only looking for someone to rent the room Monday - Friday.

My sister is a 30 year old single professional who usually works in the city five days a week. Obviously in the current climate she is working from home. We would require information about any potential tenants current work routine.
