It's a twelve month contract. The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. Bills are £76 per person, per month - everyone pays into a flat account.
The house has it's own secure bicycle rack out the front in the porch area.
On street parking is available and permits can be secured through Hammersmith and Fulham council.
About the area: transport links nearby are Shepherds Bush Market station (10 mins walk) and Shepherds Bush station (25 minutes walk) or there's a bus stop just across the road (207, 607, 228 & 260) which only takes a few minutes. Additionally, you can take frequent buses (218, 306) southbound (approx. 15 min travel time) to Hammersmith station with links to piccadilly and district lines.
