The flat comes with everything needed. The room is facing North East, giving you early sunshine. Primarily, it also has a large inner courtyard, like an outdoor tea area.. In addition it has separate toilet and bathroom 🚿

I would prefer someone vegetarian or pescatarian, but i may sometime gulp steaks :/. There are two microwaves for vegetables and non-veg in the kitchen

I don't drink or smoke that does not mean i am boring:). I am very laid back and enjoy an intellectual conversation, I have lot of books, which you are welcome to read.
The area is surrounded with two private parks, Wormholt and Japanese Hammersmith Garden.

I like to cook - not only poaching eggs or boiling water, and would welcome who would love to do so. Im basically a medical engineer. In addition, also conduct Taichi classes, at David Lloyd's club.

I am a Pescatarian and prefer someone who is more vegetarian. I love cooking, usually dont eat outside and have expertise in many Mediterranean, persian, Arabic dishes. I am half Italian (Scillian) and half ethnic Persian Indian.

I am looking for someone who is convivial, with a clean lifestyle.

The rent is very less, for the pristine condition of the room compared to contemporaries in the area. Its on short term basis.
