I am renting out my very large double room from 20th of November for 6 months.

THE ROOM
It is a very spacious room furnished with a double bed, 2 chests of drawers, 3-doors wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair. Also, there is access to the roof terrace from the room.

I am going away from 15th November for 6 months and my room will be available to the right person.

THE FLAT
3 bedroom flat, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room).
The area is very well served with good transport, supermarkets, local convenience stores, lots of restaurants.
The flat is situated 5mins walking from Westfield Shopping Center, 2 minutes from Shepherds Bush (Central Line), 5 minutes from Shepherds Bush Market (Hammersmith and City Line). Lots of buses including night buses at the doorstep.

The flatmates
You will be sharing with 2 other young professionals, chill, friendly and independent. We liked to occasionally have dinner together, share a glass of wine, going out. But we respect each other space and keep the house tidy (so no dirty dishes on the sink). We treat it as a home and not as a house party.
We are looking for 1 other flatmate who would fit in this house, who is a professional, in his/her 30's, no smoker, friendly, tidy, respectful and independent.

Rent: £960 calendar month
Deposit: £960
Bills included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax, common area weekly cleaning service)
