Hi there, My friend and I have just signed the contract for this amazing flat. We are looking for a third person to live and share this space with us.
We are looking for a young, fun and easy going individual who could be a student or young professional. Creative person is a plus ;).
The flat consists on a 100 meter square duplex. The first floor is where the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are located (one of them is en suite). The top floor is a fully open space with the living, dining room and kitchen.
The rent is 800£ per months without the bills. The rent will be paid every 20th of each month.
Council tax will be around 50£ each per months.
Concerning the gas, electricity and internet bills we will get a quote within the next week.
The deposit is 5 weeks of rent which is 1000£. If you are selected we will ask you a holding deposit of 200£.
We will organise viewings from August the 21st and the moving date will be as soon as possible from that date.
