The house is situated in a quiet residential area close to Uxbridge Road, 5 mins walk to Shepherd's Bush Market Tube station (Hammersmith & City Line) and a few minutes more to Westfield Shopping Centre and the Central Line at Shepherd's Bush.

This is a non-party and no-smoking house and would suit a serious professional looking to share sociably with like-minded housemates.

The bedroom is situated on the first floor, facing the garden. It is fully furnished with small double bed, chest of drawers, built-in double wardrobe, and a desk and chair. Suitable for one person.

There are two good size bathrooms to share with the other housemates, both have a large shower, WC and hand washbasin.

Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with TV and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining table. There is a secure outside space, ideal for storage of bicycles, and also has a separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier.

The rent includes all bills : gas, electricity, wifi internet, water rates, TV licence and Council Tax (Band G), plus a weekly cleaner to clean all communal areas. All cleaning products and any communally used items such as house cleaning products, washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls are also provided.
