Wood Lane (Metropolitan/Circle Line) is 9 minutes walk, Westfield shopping mall (the largest in Europe at 240,000 sq m) is less than 8 minutes walk away.

All bills included. You will also have access to the house Netflix account. The water is softened (no more limescale). Fast fibre optic broadband, and a weekly cleaner. Bed linen and towels can be provided if you wish.

The bedroom has built in floor to ceiling wardrobes along one wall, offering masses of storage space. Hülsta wooden bed frame with a firm sprung mattress and mattress topper, two designer bedside cabinets with Hermann Miller “Leaf” lamps provide adjustable mood lighting.

There’s a big Habitat glass desk, with 2 deep drawers, desk lamp and LaPorta desk chair, halogen uplighter and a coffee table. Two big sash windows, the lower panes have been frosted to allow privacy yet plenty of natural light.

High spec bathroom for your personal use, not quite ensuite but literally only a few steps away. Full length bath and shower with Grohe fittings, an Outasight shower curtain which folds down completely. A sleek Zehnder Roda Spa towel radiator completes the luxurious touch.

You’ll share a fully equipped south facing kitchen with one other person. Plenty of cupboard storage, Baumatic fridge freezer, oven, microwave, sink with food disposal unit, integrated washing machine/tumble dryer. Award winning Beko dishwasher and Whirlpool induction hob.

The cosy living room has a really comfortable Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (bought Autumn 2019) and a Marcel Breuer easy chair, plus a quirky papier-mâché pig footstool! There’s a brand new 40 inch 4K smart Fire TV and a Sony Blu-ray player that upscales to 4K, as well as hundreds of films on DVD/Blu-ray for you to borrow. The room can be used as a spare room for any guests who need to stay the night, alternatively I can also provide an AeroBed double mattress if you prefer to have your guest(s) in your room.
