Amazing house and housemates in Shepherds Bush

I am having to leave behind my lovely room in a gorgeous mid-terrace in Shepherd's Bush.

The house is literally a 2 min walk from Shepherd's Bush central and overground stations and the main Uxbridge Rd with all the shops but it's still a really quiet street, Hammersmith & City and Circle Line a 6 min walk away also. It's also a 5 min walk to Westfield London and you can be in central London in about 15 mins on the central line.

The house itself has been recently renovated and has all necessary amenities: dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 x showers, 2 x toilets, big living room and fully stocked kitchen.

The room is one of the smaller doubles but easily fits a double bed, wardrobe and small drawers. It is unfurnished but I bought all the furniture for the room when I moved in only a few months ago and so I'm happy to leave this behind. The room gets lots of light and looks out onto the lovely paved garden too. The bathroom is right next to the room and is shared with one other housemate.

The housemates are absolutely amazing and I am gutted to be moving out so soon. It's 2 x girls and 1 x guy who are super easy to get on with and really friendly. Anyone would be lucky to call this place their home!

Bills are not included but usually come to no more than £80 a month. There is on street permit parking if you have a car also (I'm not sure how much this is though).

Looking to fill the room as soon as we can, but pretty flexible on move on dates. Referencing fee is £60.
