Room + gym + garden in quiet/nice Woolwich area

Hi! I have a nice furnished room available in a spacious house in the Shooter's Hill area of Woolwich. Room is a nice size, lounge is huge and includes an extensive home gym, & includes separate dining room & kitchen, and big double garden area.

The photos show some miscellaneous things that still need to be cleared out and removed from the room. Will be sorted prior to your move in.

It's technically a 3 bedroom place, but 1 room is small and being used as storage at the moment. I'm the only current resident. I'm a creative professional, artist/supervisor working in VFX animation, and I'm also an active gigging musician on the side.

Short stays are fine, I may be giving up the place when the lease ends at the end of April, but would consider extending and staying longer term if the right roommate situation works out.
