Big Room with Balcony & En-Suite in Shoreditch

Hey!

We're two friends who have locked down an incredible loft apartment in central Shoreditch (right next to Shoreditch triangle). The place is really spacious, and your room is en-suite (shower and toilet). It's recently refurbished and a great price. The room is really big, has access to the balcony and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a sofa. The windows and balcony are west-facing, so you we'll have a great time having evening drinks on our huge balcony in the sun. The location is great and in an easily walkable distance to Old Street station, Shoreditch station, and Liverpool Street station.

About us and who we're looking for:

We're both familiar with London but new residents to Shoreditch, so we'll be looking to explore the surrounding area and enjoy what it has to offer. One of us is a paralegal working in central, the other is a data scientist working for a fashion/tech start-up. Also, we're both called Tom (so only one name to learn).

We're both 23, very friendly and sociable, and looking for a guy or a girl with a similar outlook in a similar age-range who wants to live in this fantastic flat and ideally explore the area with us. We'd love for our flat to feel like a real home!

We need to make a decision pretty quickly so don't hesitate to reach out with a bit about yourself and what you're looking for!
