Huge room in the heart of Shoreditch

Hello potential housemate!

Unfortunately our legend of a housemate Brodie is moving back home to Australia and we need to find a new legend to join our amazing flat right in the middle of Shoreditch.

The house & room:
We have a two storey apartment on the top floor of a gated complex which is tucked away in the middle of Shoreditch. The place includes a big open living room with 2 bathrooms so you will be sharing the downstairs bathroom. The room itself is huge with a large closet and desk area along with enough room for a king-size bed. A room of this size is unusual in this area.

You will be required to go on the lease. Bills are not included but are fairly minimal. The deposit will also need to be paid (amount to be confirmed)

A bit about us:
We are 2 guys and 1 girl from Australia and NZ working in tech, digital marketing and advertising. We all are active and have busy schedules but all make time to hang out after work and/or the weekends. So we are looking for another working professional who is up for enjoying all that London has to offer, but also is respectful during the week.

You ideally are:
A working professional in your mid-20s to early 30s. We live in a relaxed household but are respectful of others, their things and work hours, so looking for someone similar. The house is right in the middle of Shoreditch and from time to time we will have people around on the weekend. So looking for someone that is social and happy to join in but isn’t going to be having all their mates having a kick on every single weekend.
