The price to let
The studio is £900pcm (for the first three months and then £1090)

Rent price stated above is inclusive of all bills including Free High Speed WiFi (excluding TV license)

Initial deposit required: £850 for the studio

Total deposit: 1 month's rent in advance (refunded at the end of letting period)

(Balance deposit can be paid in instalments with the next month's rent, alternatively you may wish to pay the total deposit amount from the start of the letting period)

Minimum long term letting period is 3 months (with at least 1 month's notice to be provided for termination for contracts longer than 3 months.)
