THE AREA: The area is unbeatable, less than 10min walk to 3 tube connections at Old Street, Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton Station or trains at Liverpool Station. Supermarkets and organic stores are very close, less than 20 meters from the front door.

THE RENT: The rent is £960/month. Bills are additional, approx 130/month. There will be no admin costs as is a new contract. The letting agency will ask for a deposit to be paid the moment the flat is rented.
