Room available from October 24th. The flat is at the Shoreditch end of Brick Lane. The quiet part of Brick Lane (i. e. no markets) near Columbia Rd.
The room is reasonably big with double bed, some shelves, a clothes rack, some drawers, a good sized desk that can either stay or go, not much furniture apart from that. The room is empty now and has just been painted and thoroughly cleaned. It's on the first floor, the flat is two story and has an entrance from the street, which is just off Brick Lane.

The flat is basic and not glam but is clean and in an excellent location.
There is a kitchen, which again is pretty basic. There is no living room.
The flat is 5 minutes walk to Shoreditch High St, Columbia Rd and Kingsland Rd so extremely convenient in that sense.
Shoreditch overground station is a 5 minute walk. It's also equidistant from Old St and Bethnal Green underground stations. 10 minutes or so walk to Liverpool St station.
You would be sharing with two guys. One Australian, one Brit. Working in arts administration and museums respectively.
Would suit someone who's responsible and trustworthy. No pets or couples, sorry. The rent is £650 per month, which includes all bills and council tax, there's also a deposit of £650.
