Furnished Double Bedroom in Shoreditch

We're looking for a young professional to take over a double bedroom sublease in early-January (leases ends in May) in a sociable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, 5 minute walk from Old Street Station. The current residents (M/F) will be renewing the lease, so ideally looking for a flatmate interested in staying +1 year. The flat is tucked off of Old St, with 3 floor walk-up. The available bedroom is on the 2nd floor, at the back end of the house so street noise is nonexistent. The bedroom is very spacious, furnished with a mattress, dresser and a desk (glued to the wall). The rent is £800, deposit £950 and expected monthly bills of £130 (wifi, Council tax, electricity, gas and pay-ahead water).

The current housemates are man (English) and one woman (American), who work in music and business industries. Both flatmates work from home due to COVID. We are a very social household. We often cook together, have movie nights, play card games, go to the pub (when open), etc.. so we're looking for a similarly young professional, social flatmate to join us. The previous flatmate / close friend is moving out for a job opportunity in the arctic circle (aka Aberdeen).

FYI - the decorations and organisation of the living room has changed since the photos were last taken.
