3 bedroom spacious, modern and airy apartment 1 minute walk from shoreditch highstreet station and under an 8 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. Perfect for anyone working in the city or who likes living central while still being in the East end.

Sharing with two girls who are incredibly tidy and friendly, one is a photography student at UAL and the other is a young professional working in fashion. The apartment is over 1000 square ft and features an open plan study, living room, dining area and kitchen. There is also a large pool table in the living room which makes the apartment really sociable. In the day the two girls who live here are usually busy with work but in the evening they are around to socialise. They are very respectful of peoples space and aren’t noisy. The kitchen is very modern and in good condition with a washing machine, dishwasher and a newly installed fridge. The living room has two large sofas and a lounge chair with a large tv.

The bedroom available has large sliding doors that also work as windows that offer access to an outside garden. The room has a large wardrobe with fitted shelves, they fit all of my clothing, beds and towels so they act as a really good amount of storage. There is also a queen sized bed and a desk. The bathroom is shared with one of the girls (the young professional) however she isn’t at the apartment very often and when she is she’s very clean and tidy so sharing shouldn’t be an issue.

There are so many close by places that you can go to such as spitalfields market being less than 2 minutes walk away, a range of shops and hairdressers, the best restaurants in London and a range of gyms within a 5 minute walk. It is in zone 1 and has the best transport links being close to the overground and Liverpool Street station. This apartment is my dream apartment and I would love to stay but with my studies being online for this year I cannot justify staying in London when the rent is so high. The rent for this property is more than I have advertised however I am offering a reduced rent and I will pay part so this is a bargain.
