I am moving out of my wonderful flat share in central Shoreditch due to a job opportunity in Norway. Looking for someone outgoing and friendly who can be a nice addition to the flat!

The flat share is just by Arnold Circus which is calm and quiet. However, the vibrant and energetic areas of Brick Lane, Shoreditch High Street & Hoxton are just around the corner, mere minutes from the flat!

The furbished single room has two large windows which brings a lot of light and spacious feeling. There's a closet, shoe rack and double bed with more space for storage in the common areas of the flat.

You will be taking over my tenancy agreement, which is until the end of September 2021.

A little about the people you'll be moving in with:

First one is Polly! She’s cute, caring, generous and chill to be around. Never says no to a drink or a smoothie. She is a graduate in Fashion Buying and Brand Management. She’s a showroom manager for a photo studio not far from the flat, so she’s mostly away during the weekdays.

Second one is Millie! She’s from Ipswich, as is Polly. She’s studying her last year of her BA in accessories at London College of Fashion. She has a startup brand where she tufts rugs which is really cool. She’s sometimes home but spends a lot of time at her studio or uni when they open up. Her room is also the biggest one in the flat and she has a sofa and dinner table where we have spend dinners, movie nights and have had drinks around! Millie’s adorable, straight forward and makes sure the ’aura’ in the flat is all right! She also makes amazing fish tacos.

Then there’s the third flatmate, Jake! He’s a furniture designer from Brighton, but during the pandemic he has been working on a vintage resale-platform of Stone Island garments. It’s also going rly well, a website is on the way. He loves to chat and joke in the flat and is very easy to be around. He also makes a great cup of tea.

The vibe is usually calm during the weekdays, and drinks and more time to hangout during the weekends. I’ve had a great time living there!

Central heating and wi-fi in the flat is included throughout.
