Hello there future flatmate 👋🏻 We have a beautiful large bright and sun-filled double room available: a king sized bed, 3 large built-in wardrobes and floor to ceiling windows leading directly onto a big sunny balcony. There’s a superfast wifi and a space for a desk in the room / living room if you work from home :)

OUR STUNNING APARTMENT

Our two bedroom apartment is in a brand new development and so everything is in perfect condition! The apartment has a large open plan kitchen / dining / living room area, and underfloor heating throughout (temperature can be set for each room individually!) Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and has dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, electric hobs, oven and microwave. There’s a bath with rainfall shower (with amazing water pressure!) and a big mirrored medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Secure entry phone system. A plenty of storage space throughout the flat. Washing machine / dryer in a separate cupboard. The whole apartment benefits from floor to ceiling windows with tonnes of natural light and sunshine throughout the day (and yes, in case you’re wondering - we’re on the 5th floor!) and a big balcony overlooking a quiet green courtyard.

PERFECT LOCATION

Located just minutes from Hoxton overground station and many bus stops, WeWork and many parks, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops. Also a short walk to Shoreditch High Street, Old Street, Bricklane, Spitafields, London Fields and Broadway Market.

FLATMATE

You’ll be sharing with me, a 30 something designer girl working in brand & digital and with interests in coffee, minimalism, growth mindset, writing, photography, cooking and music. I’m easygoing, relaxed and always up for a chat and cooking the occasional dinner, having a glass of wine / beer and relaxing watching a movie or two, while I also respect my flatmate’s alone time :)

THE BORING STUFF

It’s eight month lease as you’ll be taking over from my flatmate’s who’s moving in with his girlfriend. There’s of course the option to extend the lease further in the future. Rent is 1200 and bills are around 120. Deposit is 1300 and agency fee to renew the contract is 50.
