I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 22nd May until 30th September. You can extend the contract with the agency later if you want to.

Price is £700 + £120-£150 bills (£60 council tax, £20 -£50 (depending on the month) electricity, £10 internet, £15 water)

THE ROOM:

The room is a bright, sunny and spacious double bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath flat right at the beginning of Shoreditch High Street.
It comes with a built in wardrobe. There’s more than enough space to put in a desk/chest of drawers if you have one. You will have your own bathroom so you will not have to share with anyone else.

THE FLAT:
There’s an open plan kitchen and living room. The place is always clean and tidy. Kitchen comes with dishwasher and washing machine.

Location is super easy and convenient. It’s 7mins walk to Old Street Station, 15mins to Liverpool Street Station.

7mins to Shoreditch Hight Street Overground, direct bus 55 to the city - Tottenham Court Road.

Bricklane, Columbia Flower Market and Broadway market are also under 10mins walk distance.

There are lots of restaurants, pubs and bars within a walking distance. Tesco & Sainsbury’s are 5mins walk away.

THE FLATMATE:

My current flatmate is 24, really easy going girl originally from Sydney and works in marketing. She loves to explore new places around London, she is an avid baker (She makes a mean chocolate cake!) and enjoys relaxing with a glass of wine.
