Very large room available in split level flat in the heart of Shoreditch from 1st Sep. The room (on the upper floor) has an enormous wardrobe, another standalone wardrobe, a king size bed with storage underneath, a dressing table and a desk. There’s also a small storage cupboard and still plenty of space in the room.

You also get your own private bathroom (not en-suite but just next to the bedroom).

The kitchen and the living room are shared. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a tall fridge/freezer. The living room has a very large sofa and two chairs and a dining table big enough for 6.

I’m the only other tenant and have my own living area and bathroom downstairs as well as my own flat entrance. I work from home in the shared living room now, but apart from that, I don’t use the upstairs very much, so it will feel like your own one bed flat mostly.

I work for a SaaS company, and am very easy going. I like to get out and see London and I’ll often be away at weekends.

There are gyms nearby and several different tube stations all within a few minutes (Old Street, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch High Street).

Bills aren’t included. The bulk of which is Council Tax at £100 pm then just £50 for everything else (inc 500MB internet).
