The flat: Furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom loft-style apartment on the second floor (with lift). It has an industrial feel with high ceilings, exposed bricks and pipes as well as resin floors. The flat has its own separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas range cooker, refrigerator with ice machine, spacious open-plan shared kitchen/living space and a small balcony.

The available bedroom: Furnished with a double bed and integrated wardrobe. It is large enough for a desk. The own bathroom with shower is right across from the bedroom door.

The location: The flat is in a secured building on a quiet street off Curtain Road in Shoreditch Triangle. The neighborhood has lots of character, restaurants and shopping. It’s a 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station and 8 minutes to Old Street Station. The Shoreditch High Street Overground is about 2 minute walk.

Current occupant: I am a fun, outgoing and friendly 25 year old professional female looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room the end of February 2024. I am a German-American who grew up in the Frankfurt area and studied in the UK. I am currently working for a major tech company and sometimes WFH. I appreciate a clean, friendly, chill home environment and hope to find a like-minded flatmate with whom I could become friends.
