Flatshare in Shoreditch

Large single room in the heart of Shoreditch - £800 per month, currently £650 per month.

I have loved living here, it is a lively area and there is so much to do within walking distance. I am moving abroad in the New Year, so looking for someone to join my two wonderful housemates.

It's very well connected with Liverpool St, Old St, Moorgate, Spitalfields and Brick Lane all accessible in less than 10 minutes.

The room is around 9 metres squared (3 by 3.2) and looks south onto Worship St. The room is cosy but there is space for a double bed and there is also a bookshelf which you can't see in the photos.

The flat has a separate living room and kitchen, which are semi-open plan. It is unfurnished so we have bought the sofa and some kitchen bits together. I would ask the incoming tenant to buy me out of the furniture approx. £140 (the sofa is very comfortable). The bedroom will be left empty and clean, I am open to selling the bed and bookshelf if you are interested. Bills roughly £110-£120.
The flat also includes access to shared courtyard with some outdoor furniture free to use. It is a lovely space to relax in the evening sun. The council tax band is D.

Yasmin and Bradley are two flatmates, both professionals (recruitment and photographer). They are happy to welcome someone who wants to get involved in flat meals, coffee trips, movie nights in or training for an iron man.

About Bradley: is full of energy, always on the go and is a great running partner. Bradley is passionate about photography, travel and style.

About Yasmin: likes to go around the local markets, exploring bookshops, and Columbia road flower market on the weekend. Always up for grabbing a coffee or pints on the weekend. Yasmin is an incredible cook and enjoys a film night.
