We've got a fantastic room in our laid-back flat, and we're on the hunt for a new roommate.

About the Location:
* Arguably one of the best for a young professional in London!
* Central Shoreditch, surrounded by the best the city has to offer.
* Old St, Liverpool St, Shoreditch High St; all within 10 mins walking distance.
* Tesco express 2 min walk, Sainsburys, Aldi, M&S within 10 min walk

About the Flat:
* spacious entryway and Hallway leading to fully furnished kitchen and living space.
* Well furnished throughout - appliances etc.
* Shared bathroom (shower is great- from a girl with long hair!)
* A central courtyard, roof access through one of the bedrooms and new york-esque fire escape stairs.

About the room:
* spacious double room
* Large window and lots of light
* Back of property so surprisingly super quiet
* On entryway floor with bathroom & kitchen (boys are upstairs)

About the money:
* Bills come to around £120/month (Council Tax, electric, broadband +TV)
* Looking to do viewings next week
* Bedroom furniture bought new in Oct- £ can be discussed 💓

A message from the boys:
We're just 2 easygoing, responsible adults (mostly) looking for someone great, who is down-to-earth, friendly and tidy.
We don’t lie about going on runs at 4am like the rest of spare room and we very much lead our own lives, but we do enjoy catch ups in the kitchen, going to private art exhibitions or for a pint at Shoreditch house together when we are all available!
