Quiet and bright room in Shoreditch

We are Dionysis and Konstantinos and we are looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate for our flat in Shoreditch. The room is available from 1 November but we can be flexible with dates.

THE ROOM
This is a double bed room suitable for one person. The room is quiet and bright. It has a MUJI double bed and a wardrobe. The rest of the furniture in the room that you see in the photos belong to our previous flatmate so they are not going to be there. There is enough space for a small desk or an extra chest of drawers.

THE FLAT
The flat is on the third floor on a quiet little street off Bethnal Green road in Shoreditch. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower over bath), small storage room and a large open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc. There is a cleaner coming every week. There is broadband Internet (fiber), Freeview TV, and Sonos speaker in living room. There is also bike storage on the ground floor.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
This is a great location just minutes away from all the cafés and bars of Shoreditch with great transportation and in walking distance from the City. Lovely independent cafés, pubs, restaurants and amazing places for brunch are just around the corner. Very close to Columbia Road Flower Market, Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market. Lots of shops nearby (Tesco Express, Tesco Metro, Sainsburys, Boots) as well as Post Office, Free cash ATM, Santander Cycles, etc.

– 2 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 to Tottenham Court Road, 388 to Elephant and Castle, both pass from the City)
– 9 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground)
– 12 minutes walk to Bethnal Green Station (Central Line)

– 2 minutes walk to the nearest Santander Cycles docking station
– 12 minutes by bus to Liverpool Street - or 20 minutes walk

– 5 minutes walk to Brick Lane
– 6 minutes walk to Columbia Road Flower Market
– 14 minutes walk to Spitalfields Market

ABOUT US
We are a couple living in London since 2011. We are clean, tidy and friendly. We are both professionals (designers) with a particular interest in contemporary art. We like eating out, going to parks, going to the cinema and seeing as many art exhibitions as possible. We also enjoy watching Netflix and cooking, and like to invite friends over for dinner or a drink but don’t do it very often.
