This apartment is available for short lets only. From a minimum of four nights to a maximum of three months subject to availability. It's my London pad so it's only available when I'm not staying there myself. It's close to Carnaby Street. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, central location, the space and the light. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (sleeps 4). Most major London sights are within walking distance. The Royal Academy and the art galleries of Mayfair are a short walk to the West, theatreland, Chinatown and Covent Garden are a short walk to the East. There are many excellent restaurants on the doorstep.
The apartment is on the top floor (third floor - no lift so not suitable for elderly people or those with massive luggage) of a Victorian building in the fashionable heart of Soho right next to Carnaby St. There are restaurants, galleries and street markets on the doorstep of this bright and stylish apartment. Unlike most London apartments, this is purpose built (and not a conversion) and therefore there is very good sound insulation between this and the neighbouring apartments. Large windows and a huge skylight ensure that the apartment is very bright.
It's surprisingly quiet at night despite being in the very centre of London. There is a good sized sitting room containing two large sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed), a large dining table and six dining chairs. Two broad windows overlook the street which is lively during the day but quiet at night.
The separate kitchen contains a gas four ring hob and an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer and cupboard space for utensils and food.
Based here you can do most of your sightseeing on foot.
Broadwick Street is five minutes walk from both Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus underground stations.
Oxford Circus is 15 minutes on the Central line from Liverpool Street main line station (for Stansted Airport or South End Airport).
Oxford Circus is also 10 minutes on the Bakerloo Line from Paddington (for the Heathrow Express). Oxford Circus is also 10 minutes on the Victoria line from Victoria Main Line station (for the Gatwick Express). And 10 minutes on the Victoria line from St Pancras (for Eurostar trains).
Piccadilly Circus is ideal for the 40 minute Piccadilly line journey to Heathrow.
