The room is very large (nearly entire floor to yourself) with an ensuite bathroom and comes with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a ton of storage room under the bed and a desk.
The room is big enough to feel spacious while working from home as well.
The flatmates are two guys in their mid 20s/early 30s - very relaxed household!
The property is managed by an agency that is reactive and helpful - you will be able to put the contract in your name.
Bills are around 100/month.
