Double room in 2 bed flat in Soho

Hi all!

I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom flat in Soho. My flatmate is moving out to live with her bf, so I need a new flatmate to help with the cost- and for company of course!

The flat is located on Greek Street in Soho, which is amazing location for eating out, nightlife and very convenient for people working in central London. As it is on Greek Street there is noise in the evenings- so if that bothers you this probably isn't the flat for you. Saying that, the flat has triple glazing so noise is minimal when windows are closed.

The flat is newly build (1 year old) so all appliances are basically brand new. There is a living/dining area and an open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer. There is one bathroom with a bath/ shower. We also have a utility closet with the washing machine/dryer.

I have furnished most of the flat myself, but your room is unfurnished. The room has fitted wardrobes already. The room is a good size for a double bed and side table and maybe some other bits!

You would be living with me, 33 year old female from Cheshire. I have been living in London for 5 years now, so i do have a nice friendship group, however I am looking for someone I can get along with and have a glass of wine with in the evening etc! I work in Soho as a PA and I am in the office 4 days a week.

I also have a little dog called Otis. He is 18 months old and super friendly. You definitely need to be a dog person and enjoy hanging out with him from time to time. Obviously he is fully my responsibility!

I am looking for someone relaxed and social, who is also respectful of private time. I am really proud of the flat so i try to keep it as clean as possible- so I would like someone who is the same!

Bills are around £150 a month each depending on the season.

If you are interested please can you respond telling me a little about you. Also can you let me know if you have any furniture you would be bringing, and if you work from home at all, as well as preferred move in date?
