Furnished with white wardrobe and chest of drawers and chair, double bed with drawers for storage underneath and a black leather headboard. Freesat has been installed to view on a 32 inch tv screen.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £900. The balance of the deposit £700 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. Rent is pro rata and is also payable before you move in.
