Two large double bedrooms with all bills included in a flat share with a professional working in the city. The flat has a total of 3 bedrooms and a lounge - with you taking a currently unoccupied bedroom. The room comes with its own Air Conditioning (a life saver over the summer).

There is a communal lounge which has plenty of seating, TV and a dining table.

The room is ideally located on the south side of Blackfriars Bridge. The block of flats has a 24 hour concierge. We also have an additional toilet as well as the one bathroom including the shower.

It's an 8 min walk to Fleet Street and 10 mins to St Pauls, putting it within easy reach of the City. Blackfriars and Southwark station are within 5 mins walk, giving easy access to the Circle, District and Jubilee line. Waterloo station is within a 10 min walk.

Each room comes with a large double bed and double wardrobes and one has it’s own balcony.

The current female flatmate works in the City and as a result the flat is very relaxed and quiet throughout the week. The kitchen is hardly ever used however comes with all the usual amenities. Would prefer the new flatmate to be quiet and considerate and appreciate their own downtime outside of work.
